Internet Banking is accessible on the website www.rb.cz via the blue LOG IN button.
Mobile Banking is the Raiffeisen Banking app that you download and activate on your smartphone. This way you can always have your bank in the mobile phone.
If you already have the Raiffeisen Banking app activated on your mobile phone, click on the yellow app icon to open it.
Enter your S-PIN and click on Sign in (S-PIN is the 4 to 8 digit numeric code you chose when you first activated the app).
WARNING
If you enter the S-PIN incorrectly 5 times, access to mobile banking will be blocked for security reasons. Please visit a branch where we can help you reactivate the Raiffeisen banking app (there is a method to reactivate mobile banking online using two Czech IDs, but it is available only to Czech citizens).
TIP
You can also log in using your fingerprint or Face ID if your phone supports it. You can set this option at any time directly in the mobile app under Menu – Settings – Security. Even if you log in using your fingerprint or Face ID, remember your S-PIN that you chose during the app activation. There are situations when you may need it.
